Room to rent Off the Beer Mile - Short term

Good sized double bedroom available for a short term let - could be ideal for someone new to London and unsure where they want to plant roots, available up until the new year - some flexibility on dates.

The flat is a ground floor (3 steps up to communal entrance), in a quiet area 5 mins from the Community Sauna. There is a back patio and small front garden (unfortunately nothing is currently alive in either - but my indoor plants are) with regular cat and the occasional squirrel visitor.

Large kitchen and Lounge and a shared bathroom -no tub I'm afraid.

Not a party house, but looking for someone who would be up to grab a pint occasionally, catch a comedy show maybe watch a tv show together but also independent and ok with down time. I'm also trying to be much better about food waste so potentially open to sharing essential items. Ideally doesn't work from home more than 2 days a week.

I work for a charity and am usually in the office 2 days a week. I love tacos and a beer garden, comedy, burlesque and going to the basketball. Often found dancing in the kitchen because i hate cooking but need to eat so have found it to be the only way to survive.
