Small Double room in E17 (Walthamstow) - 1st Dec

We’re looking for someone to take over the third double bedroom in our home in Walthamstow, about a 10–15-minute walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line).

The room is available from 1 December. We’re looking for someone in their 30s or early 40s who is friendly, respectful and reliable with rent.

The room is for one person only (no couples).

Rent is £630 per month, including all bills, with a one-month deposit.

The room comes with a double bed and mattress, two shelves for storage, and a small bedside table. There’s still space if you’d like to bring your own. More photos of the bedroom will be added shortly.

The rest of the house includes a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and fast fibre internet. We also share Netflix and Prime.

There’s a small garden at the back, which is lovely when the weather is good! ☀️

You’d be living with me (35, a tattoo artist), Grace (35, an office manager) and her lovely cat, Bart 🐈

The vibe at home is relaxed and easy-going. We both have our own lives, but it’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable and at home in the shared spaces.
