Are you a professional woman who's also interested a peaceful living arrangement? If so you'll fit right in!
We have the usual things – dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, all new appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen / dining room / snug is large with a breakfast bar and extending table. There is a separate front living room too.
The house and location: It’s in Highams Park / Chingford Hatch and has 3 shared bathrooms, a small rear garden, side entrance in a quiet street with free parking, close to local supermarket and shops (Co-op, chemist, fish & chips, dry cleaners, post office, local stores etc).
It’s close to several different parts of Epping Forest so lovely for walks.
It's 10 mins walk or a quick bus ride to Highams Park station - there are also buses to Walthamstow Central and Woodford stations.
All rooms are recently refurbished and finished to a high standard. The living spaces are beautiful including a separate front room which will be used for meditation, yoga and other group activities as well as chilling.
Things we are particular about – being considerate and honest; welfare of the animals (2 elderly house cats – and a rescue Staffie - see photo.). Anyone living here must love animals and be kind and supportive of the furry residents. The garden is small - if you like gardening you are welcome to help keep it tidy or maybe grow some vegetables.
