Hi, I’m looking for a friendly, respectful housemate for a comfortable and spacious terraced house in London. I’ll be the only other person living in the property, so you’ll get a good balance of privacy and shared space. Long‑term stays are ideal, but I’m also happy to consider short‑term stays.

The property is well‑maintained, fully refurbished in 2023, and has a fresh, homely, modern feel. Room rent includes all bills.
