A very comfortable fully furnished private spare room is available on a short term basis for month from December 28th until January 31st.

The bedroom is for single occupancy on the first floor of a welcoming quiet 2 BR converted Edwardian maisonette with patio garden in leafy Highbury.
Approx 3.5 x 2.5 metres, it has a 4ft double bed, space for hanging clothes, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The windows overlook the back gardens. It is clean, bright and cheerful. There are 2 windows and 2 velux windows.
Share ground floor sitting room, kitchen ( with washer/dryer), bathroom and garden with me (self-employed mature female) plus 2 rather large friendly cats.
WiFi throughout.

Looking for a female lodger.... It’s important you like cats.
I’m a late riser so you would have the bathroom and kitchen to yourself in the mornings. I have a workshop in Holborn to which I go to on an ad-hoc basis sometimes 2-3 evenings a week. And I often teach on Saturday mornings in my workshop.

The flat is an approx 8 minute walk to Arsenal tube station on the Piccadilly line, a 15 minute walk ( or less by bus ) to both Finsbury Park and Highbury and Islington ( Victoria Line) and Drayton Park overground is within a 10 minute walk and trains go into Moorgate from there taking approx 12 minutes.
Buses 4, 19 and 236 go from nearby Highbury Barn where there are lots of local cafes and shops.

I'm easy going, independent and respectful of others. I appreciate a convivial peaceful place to come home to. Hoping to find someone who feels the same.
