We are looking for a warm and friendly person to take our spare double room, from 1 July :)
Our flat is modern and bright, and on a quiet side street in Highbury. All bills are included.
The room is a bright double, with plenty of wardrobe space.
The living room is spacious, with lots of plants. We have access to a gigantic communal roof garden with facilities for BBQs in summer.
We also have an underground car park with racks for bicycles.
Our place is very close to some lovely bars and restaurants in Highbury. And close to the shops on Holloway Road.
Arsenal Tube Station is a 4 min walk away. Drayton Park Train Station is also a 4 min walk away. We're also right on a segregated cycle route.
