Beautiful one bedroom split-level flat

Although this is advertised as a shared accommodation, it is like having a one bedroom flat. As I will be relocating to Geneva from August you will have the flat to yourself most of the time. I am keeping the smaller bedroom for the occasional trip back to London (I would let you know in advance when I'm coming back). The price for the room is a bit higher to reflect this and also I will be renting a flat in Geneva. If you’re looking for a one-bedroom situation, without the price tag this could be an option. The flat really is very nice.

It’s a 2 bedroom, split-level flat in Highbury with a south facing terrace and fantastic views over London. The room is a big double, quiet, overlooking the gardens. It has a large wall to wall wardrobe and you could easily fit in a desk if you wanted. There is one bathroom that would be yours, besides when I'm here as we would share it.

The flat is bright and spacious, split over 3 levels. The living area is double height with an open plan kitchen/dining and stairs leading up to the living room and the terrace. It’s in a period property and has been entirely renovated, with all appliances needed and a lovely homely feel.

It’s conveniently located between Highbury Fields and Clissold Park, Highbury Barn is nearby, Angel a short ride away and the cafés and restaurants of Blackstock road are right there. You are also close to Stoke Newington. Nearest tube stations are Arsenal, Highbury and Islington, Finsbury Park and Canonbury overground. There are also good bus links at either ends of the road (19, 4 and 236 and 141, 341).

I try to make the flat as comfortable and relaxing for everyone, and value easy and open communications. I’m looking for someone who wants to make the place a home.
