Fully furnished stylish/cosy flat 1-2 month let

Hi there,

I am going to be working abroad and am letting out my room in this lovely 2 bed apartment. The move in date is the 30/31 May - 11th/12th July. There is one other person in the apartment who has been living there for over 2 years now - he is the loveliest person to live with!

All bills included (gas, electricity, broadband, water, council tax, service charge, home insurance, tv license). So there are literally no extra costs on top of the rent of £1200.

The apartment has been renovated to a high standard and is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need to live, sleep and cook!

I am looking for someone to treat this apartment as their own home much like the previous tenants who have all kept the apartment clean and tidy and of course it is important that you and the other flat mate get along well.

There is an enormous amount of natural light which shines through the large windows in the living room and bedrooms all day long as we are south facing which is really lovely.

The apartment is just off Blackstock Road which is absolutely fantastic and packed full of great cafes, restaurants, bars, book shops, wine shops, delicatessens.. and much more!
Highbury Barn is just up the road, as is Highbury Fields. Finsbury park station is a 10 minute walk, Arsenal station is a 4 minute walk and Highbury and Islington station is a 15 minute walk.
