Room in my lovely quiet flat with garden & park

I am renting a room in my lovely Highbury flat, right next to Clissold Park. I lived there for many years but am now out of the country. You would be sharing with 1 other very friendly flatmate (30s male professional from London) in a quiet, residential & very green area.

It is a 3 bedroom flat with 1 full bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet. Note that currently I am only renting out 2 of the 3 rooms as the 3rd was used as a home office / storage for some of my things.

There is a beautiful private garden with lots of light and morning & afternoon sun.

There is a very well equipped kitchen, open plan, downstairs living area with a toilet room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, and one full bathroom.

Only 1 minute walk to Clissold Park. 10-15 mins walk to Arsenal station. 17 mins to Finsbury Park.

Availability: it is available from now

Including all bills (electricity & heating, council tax, internet & water) it comes to £1150 / month.

Minimum requirements from my side:
- responsible, steady & reliable person who is proactive and values a shared, open living space
- clean, tidy & conscientious towards other flat mate

In an ideal world you would also:
- enjoy gardening and keeping plants alive :)
- does not work from home more than half of the week
