The room is the 2nd largest bedroom in our shared Victorian House in Highbury. It overlooks our front garden which is unusually large and lined with trees. There are two bathrooms with showers. You will share the ground floor bathroom with our other lodger who is a professional gardner On the ground floor there is a large kitchen diner which we share, along with a verandah which overlooks the rear garden.
We are looking for a professional who is clean and tidy and who enjoys a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and does not want to party or play loud music at night.
We have cats visiting regularly, so I am also looking for someone who likes cats.
The room is available from 2nd October, and viewings can be arranged immediately.
