Hi all :) Two of us are moving out of our Highbury home to be closer to work and looking for people to fill our rooms on the 12th July.

We have two double rooms becoming available in a five bed house. It has three bathrooms, a spacious garden, a kitchen, and lots of entertainment space in our living room. We are also a few minutes’ walk from Clissold Park which has deer!

💷 Rent is £820/month for the smaller room and £880/month for the larger room, plus bills which are currently ~£80 per month. The deposit is £969.

We are a 12 min walk to Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly line), 14 min walk to Canonbury overground (Windrush and Mildmay) and 18 min walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, National Rail)

⭐️ The remaining flatmates are three young professionals aged 23-25. One of us works from home 3 days a week and another works occasionally from home.
