Double room in 3 bed house

I’m looking to fill my room in this lovely Highbury house.

The house is spread over three floors and you’ll be living with two women in their early 30s. The bathroom is only shared with one other person, and the house is a short walk from both Canonbury and Highbury & Islington stations.

Both housemates are mainly office-based and tend to keep busy, so we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who spends a good chunk of the week out and about and has their own routine in London.

The house is friendly, relaxed and clean, and we’re hoping to find someone similar to keep that going.

The landlords are private and easy to deal with.

Move-in date is somewhat flexible, but we’re aiming for around 1 July. The deposit is £894, and bills are not included but typically come to around £145 per month.
