🏡 Looking for someone to take over my room in a flat in Highbury, N5. The flat is multi story and has a private garden, living room and two bathrooms.
🚝 It is really well located with only an 8 minute walk to arsenal station (piccadilly line) and 10 minute walk to finsbury park station (victoria line, thameslink, overground), plus a bus stop right outside the flat!
👯 The flatmates are 2 girls and 1 guy, who are really friendly! There is a good mix of spending time together, in the living room/garden/pub/park but also doing your own thing. It is a very chill but also sociable flat! The two girls are both graphic designers and the guy works in insurance.
💰Rent is £935 per month and bills come out to around £90 on top of that
📆 Move in date would be 5 September!
