Cozy bright room with a king size bed

Hello there is a medium sized room available for rent in the Highbury area near Arsenal stadium. Very cosy room with natural light that consists of a king size bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers, plus storage space. Tv cable connection in the room. Sharing a 1 bed flat with a friendly and easy going female. The rent for the room is £750 including all bills, wifi included. There is a cat in the flat so you would have to like cats. Kitchen is fully equipped with an air fryer and microwave etc. There is a large patio for sunbathing and chilling out on, hardly no one goes out there, usually just my cat and I.
Please note this is a shared 1 bedroom so I sleep in the living room but I am not always there because I do a lot of pet sitting/house sitting. You would still get to use the living room during the day and part of the evening when I am there but when I’m away you can use it all you want. I’m pretty easy going anyway

The area is in zone 2 and near Drayton Park and Arsenal station, close to bus connections on Holloway Road and in Finsbury Park, about 10 minute walk away. Waitrose, Aldi, M&S near by. Lots of coffee shops and near by parks like Highbury Park and Clissold Park

Males are ok but I would prefer a female roommate over 30 years of age, non smoker and working professional
