Lovely flat with huge windows on Blackstock Road

I’m looking for someone to move into my lovely flat on Blackstock Road. The flat is quite cosy so ideally someone who I can become friends with.

The flat is fully furnished and has a really lovely, relaxed feel. The living room is the best part. It has huge windows and gets loads of natural light. The bedroom itself doesn’t get quite as much natural light, but the bright living space definitely makes up for it.

The bedroom comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe (the wardrobe is currently stored underneath the bed, which is why it isn’t shown properly in the photos).

A bit about me:
I’m a dental hygienist and am in work around 3–4 days a week. I’m pretty relaxed and easy-going at home and like the flat to feel cosy and relaxed.

I’ve been living here with one of my best friends for a year and a half and we’ve had such a good living dynamic, but she’s moving out as she’s looking for somewhere a little cheaper after our rent went up(cry). Because we’ve lived together so well, I’m on the hunt to find the right person to replace her!

I’d love to live with another young professional who is friendly, sociable and up for actually being friends.

I’m also quite clean and tidy and would really like someone similar. Boring but I need to say it. I like it clean🤪

Working from home:
As the flat is quite small and there isn’t really space for a desk in the bedroom, I’d ideally like someone who is in the office at least four days a week. Occasional WFH is absolutely fine, but the living room is not set up for it.

The room will be available from roughly 24th September (there may be a little flexibility around this).
Bills come to around £170 per month.

Overall, I’m looking for someone clean, considerate, chilled and friendly who wants a genuinely nice living environment where we can both feel completely at home.
