Bright double room near Clissold Park

Our housemate is moving out after many years, so we have a double room available in the Stoke Newington/Finsbury Park area. It’s a lovely 3-bedroom, top-floor flat, spread across three floors, with separate kitchen area, living room and two bathrooms.

The flat is bright and airy, with great views.
Lots of pros: 5-7 minute walk to nearest tube station (Arsenal), 10 minutes from Finsbury Park, separate kitchen AND living room, bike storage, and on a cute road with lots of boutique coffee shops/bars/bike stores.
Location is great! 2 minute walk away from Clissold Park.

Great transport links, really easy access to central with lots of busses, the Victoria and Piccadilly lines as well as National Rail and Overground. Stoke Newington, Highbury, Holloway and Dalston are all very close and walkable.

About us: We are Alvin and Jordan, in our early 30s. We both work in film, enjoy watching Netflix’s latest mediocre horror films (amongst other genres), board games and chats in the kitchen. We both are sociable and do our own thing, but when we’re in the house we do spend time in the living room chatting/watching films in the evening. We’re looking for someone who is clean but also quite chill, as we aren’t really a big party house and have more of a domestic vibe as one of us is WFH. Ideally we’re looking for someone around the same age as us, but we’re not too fussed as long as you’re nice.

Room is available from 1st October. No couples or students, sorry! This is through an agency so will require referencing. Room price is £800, and bills are currently around £120
