We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely top-floor flat from 4th October!

The flat is light, spacious and modern, with a bright kitchen/living area that’s great for cooking, chilling and socialising. The best part is the large south-facing roof terrace, which gets sun all day and is perfect for summer BBQs & drinks!

The room:
A small double bedroom, available part-furnished, for £928 per month. There may be a small rent increase in October of around £30. Deposit is £1115. Bills are approximately £120 per month. There is one shared bathroom with a shower/bath.

About us:
We’re two working professionals, aged 29 & 32, who are easy-going, sociable and enjoy cooking, having a drink together and making the most of London. We both work hybrid, usually around 2 days a week from home, so we’d ideally be looking for someone with a similar routine who enjoys a friendly, sociable flat rather than somewhere that’s purely a place to sleep!

The flat is ideally situated between Highbury and Stoke Newington, just a 2-minute walk from Clissold Park, with loads of great cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby.

Transport is also really convenient:
• Canonbury Overground – ~12 min walk
• Arsenal & Highbury & Islington – ~15 min walk
• Lots of bus routes nearby
