Double room with a built-in wardrobe, plus space for a desk and chest of drawers. Big open-plan kitchen/lounge, so plenty of space to actually hang out rather than being stuck in your room. Aircon too, so no more heatwave sweats.

Who you’d be living with:

My flatmate, who’s staying on — 35, from NZ, works in media, in the office 3/4 days a week.

What we’re looking for:

A professional who’s tidy, easygoing, and in the office at least half the week. Someone normal and sociable — happy to share a meal or a chat in the kitchen now and then, but also has their own life going on.
