🏡 Room available in an awesome 2-bed flat – Highbury Apartments, Arsenal

I’m sadly leaving my awesome flat at Highbury Apartments to head back home to New Zealand, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room! 🏠

The apartment is on the old Arsenal Stadium site, which makes it a pretty unique place to live, and the location is hard to beat.

🛏️ The room
The room is large, bright and spacious, with your own private ensuite, giving you plenty of space and privacy.

🏠 The flat
It’s a lovely 2-bedroom apartment, with the other bedroom currently occupied by a couple in their mid-to-late 20s from New Zealand. They’re friendly, easy-going and sociable, so we’re looking for someone who would fit well into a relaxed and friendly flat.

- 🚇 2-minute walk to Arsenal Station
- 🌳 Finsbury Park is close by
- 📍 Highbury & Islington is also not far away
- 🏋️‍♂️ Awesome gym within the complex
- 🚗 Large on-site car park, with spaces available to rent separately if required

The location is fantastic for getting around London, while the apartment itself is modern, comfortable and has everything you need.
