Hi there!
My current flatmate is moving out to be closer to her work and we are looking for someone to take over her room in our two bed flat and move in from mid December with flexibility until early January.
The flat is spacious and modern yet still has a cosy feel. It’s situated in an amazing location, just a few minutes from Arsenal station (Piccadilly line) and walking distance to Clissold Park, Highbury Fields and lots of shops and cafes!
The room comes furnished and the bathroom is shared.
Rent is £1,225 and bills are typically £190 per person per month.
You would be sharing with myself, a 29 year old Canadian who’s been living in London for 5 years. I’m friendly and social but equally happy doing my own thing!
