Lovely room in spacious 3-bed house – Highbury/Finsbury Park

We have a lovely room available in our spacious bright three-bedroom house, in a great spot between Highbury and Finsbury Park!

Bedroom comes with a bed, mattress and a cupboard/wardrobe. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with a clean and considerate guy.

The house is big, airy, and homely, with a generous living room, spacious kitchen, and a shared bathroom. We also have a large shared back garden, perfect for summer BBQs, drinks in the sun, and relaxing outside. We’re lucky to have really friendly neighbours too!

We’re within easy reach of Arsenal (5-8 mins walk), Highbury & Islington (20 min walk), and Finsbury Park stations (15 min walk).
All walking distance to Clissold Park, Finsbury Park, and Highbury Fields all nearby. There are also loads of lovely local pubs (the Woodbine and Bank of Friendship are favourites!), plus plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and neighbourhood spots to explore.

You’ll be sharing with Courtney (30) and Shane (36).

Courtney works in media sales and is in the office four days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy the gym, out for dinner with friends, travelling or making the most of London’s gigs and festivals. She loves a busy social calendar but equally enjoys a cosy night in.

Shane works in charity operations and enjoys art but doesn't know anything about it, strolling around galleries and museums. He's a major coffee addict is working on it, and loves to gossip but is in denial about it. Please support his delusions. He also comes with Delphine, the lovely house cat.

We’re both friendly, sociable, and independent, and we love having a home that feels relaxed, welcoming, and comfortable.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, and friendly, who’s happy to have a chat or watch a movie but equally enjoys doing their own thing.
