Two double bedrooms available from 1 August in a modern 3-bedroom flat in Highbury.

I'm looking for two friendly flatmates to join my flatshare from 1 August.

The flat is in a fantastic location with excellent transport links. It's just a 5-minute walk to both Arsenal Underground station and Drayton Park station, 10 minutes to Finsbury Park, and around 15 minutes to Highbury & Islington. Upper Street and Stoke Newington are also within walking distance, so you'll have plenty of great cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars right on your doorstep.

Bedroom 1
A bright double room with a double bed, bedside table and a large wardrobe. There's also space to add a desk or chest of drawers if needed.
Rent: £900/month + bills (usually around £60–80 per month).

Slightly larger than the first room, this room also comes with a double bed, bedside table and a large wardrobe, with enough space for a desk or chest of drawers.

A little about me
I'm a working professional who enjoys staying active - running, playing tennis and hiking. I also love travelling, trying new restaurants and catching up with friends over drinks. I'm sociable, easy-going and enjoy spending time with my flatmates from time to time, while also respecting everyone's space. I like to keep the flat tidy and relaxed, and see it as a place to unwind after a busy day.

Who I'm looking for
I'm looking for a like-minded professional who is friendly, respectful and looking for a home rather than just a room. Ideally, you enjoy an active lifestyle and are up for the occasional drink or chat, while also appreciating a calm, comfortable home. It's not a party house, but I'm always happy to head out for drinks together from time to time.
