Hi there! This is an advert for a beautiful sunny room in a 3 bed house (no living room!) Which has a bed +couch + stand and some shelves included. You'll be staying with me, a PhD student and visiting lecturer in politics at the University of Westminster. The house has a cute kitchen and bathroom with a bath that the three of us will be sharing!
The larger room is available from the 2nd of sept while the smaller one is available from the 16th of sept. Please specify which room you're interested in.
Bills include electricity, internet, gas, water and cleaning stuff. Since we are both students we don't pay council tax and we would prefer another student to live with us, however if you're okay with paying your council tax, you're welcome to live with us!
The area is very very green with clissold park less than a 5 minute walk away, Newington green park in the backyard and a beautiful green walking space right below. Closest Stratton is canonbury (5 min walk) on the overground or Highbury & Islington (10 min walk). We have a wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby!
