Bedroom: currently set up as a sofa but this is a single bed

Spare room available in a two bed bedroom, fully furnished flat. It comes with a single daybed (can become a double exceptionally) and includes a desk. Available on a Monday to Friday/part-time basis for someone who only needs to be in London for a few days a week.

Happy for some things to be left in the room and bathroom in between stays but please note that the room may be used by visitors at the weekend and I will also use the room for occasional home working when the lodger is not there. Although it's not quite an en suite, there's a bathroom which would largely be for your own use just next door (I have an en suite).

The flat has all modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen/living area (including dishwasher).

The London Overground is a few minutes away on foot with easy access to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line), with great bus connections too. There are also secure outdoor cycling stands within the communal gardens.

The flat is to share with a considerate professional: I am the landlord and am often away a few nights a week. Essentially looking for a friendly, mature and reliable part-time lodger. I will provide towels, bedding etc. and am more than happy to accommodate any other requirements - any requests, just let me know.

A fortnightly cleaner and all utilities are included in the price. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like a video tour or have any questions at all.
