Double room for rent opposite the emirates stadium

I am looking for someone to take over my share of the lease for this brilliant flat that I will be sad to let go of, from the 1st of September onwards. (A few of my friends from Dublin are moving over so will be moving in with them).

You’ll be living with Melvin, who is an oil and gas trader (so works relatively long hours and so not around much during the week). He’s 22 and from Mumbai but has been living in the UK for the past 4 years now. He’s very sociable, easy going and always after gossip.

It’s definitely the best place I’ve lived in London, both the area and flat, as it is only a 15 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station, a 15 minute cycle into the city, and right next door to Highbury Fields. The flat is spacious for a 2 bed, with a huge bathroom and really nice open plan living room and kitchen.

There is also a communal roof terrace with a BBQ that is always very quiet and so almost as though you have it to yourself.

The landlord covers the cost of water bills, with the rest being covered by the tenants.
