5minutes walk from Canonbury station. Super safe and convenient neighbourhood. Walking distance to Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

It’s a double room, fully furnished. It comes with a double bed with a blanket and sheets, 2-3 desks, chest of drawers, a full-body mirror, a chair and a built-in wardrobe.

Kitchen is well equipped and you are welcome to use pots, plates, cups and cutlery. Basically just move in.

There’s a separate toilet and a bathroom as seen in the picture, sharing with a Turkish landlady in her 50s. The landlady is super tidy and clean.

There’s no wifi but you’re welcome to install your own wifi. Rent is £730 per month, all bills included. Deposit is £700.

No pork or alcohol allowed in the house, and this household is for female only (sorry about that!)

There’s no contract and rent is usually paid in cash directly to the landlady. In July and August, landlady is on holiday in Turkey so you can have the place to yourself.
