We're looking for a fourth housemate to join us in a beautiful Victorian terraced home w/a garden in Highbury — one of North London's most sought-after neighbourhoods. The property is a <3min walk from the H&I train station.
Tenancy begins July 12th, we can be flexible on your exact move-in date. House comes unfurnished, but we're buying some of the furniture from the previous tenants. You'll need to clear an income verification and references process with our landlord and sign the lease as the fourth renter. Deposit for all four roomates is £9,415.38, and we're splitting it four ways.
About us: we're three young professionals working in consulting / high tech, fairly sociable, and often traveling for work and personal fun. We like to host company and are fairly easy-going.
We'd love someone who is: fairly chilled, sociable, enjoys hosting, and is clean / respectful of shared living spaces.
You can either take a room on the third floor for 1600 PCM or a slightly larger room on the second floor for 1700 PCM. The master / other second floor room are already taken, and our third roommate is flexible. Bills are split four ways.
The property is in Council Tax Band G.
