My current flatmate is moving on to new adventures, so I’m looking for a great new person to take over the second bedroom and bathroom in this awesome 2 bed, 2 bath apartment right in Highbury.

The flat is super bright, modern, and in a fantastic location. You'll be officially on the tenancy contract, so everything is fully above board.

Your Space & The Apartment

Your Bedroom: A furnished double bedroom with plenty of natural light and storage space for your clothes.

You’ll have exclusive use of your own modern bathroom right next to your room. No morning scheduling conflicts or sharing mirrors!

The Living Space: A big, open-plan living room and kitchen area next to it.

It’s fully equipped with appliances (yes, there's a dishwasher!), a comfortable sofa, and a great dining/social setup.

The Location (Drayton Park, N5)

The apartment is located at 100 Drayton Park, N5 1NF, which is honestly an incredible spot to live in London.

Transport: You are literally a 1-minute walk from Drayton Park station (Great Northern), a 5-minute walk to Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line), and less than 10 minutes to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line & Overground). Commuting is an absolute breeze.

The Vibe: Highbury Fields is just down the road if you love green spaces or a morning run. You’re also walking distance to Upper Street in Angel and the lovely independent cafes, pubs, and shops on Highbury Barn.

The Details

Rent: £1,100 per month

Bills: Roughly £350 per month (includes council tax, water, electricity, gas, and high-speed broadband) per person.

Deposit: One month’s rent in advance (£1,100).

Availability: Available from September 2026

Tenancy: You will be officially added to the joint tenancy agreement which is 15 months at £2350 pcm (total apartment rent)
