Room with ensuite available in Highbury/Islington (N5).

£1150 per month + bills (~ £150 per month)

Available from 9 August 2026 (approx.). Ideally we would like someone to join long term (6-12 months) but we can be flexible.

We are an Australian couple (27F physio, 31M lawyer) looking for someone to move into our flat in Highbury/Islington. We keep ourselves pretty busy with sport/travel and enjoy going out to bars/pubs nearby.

Our flat is in a great location… 5 min walk from Arsenal station (Piccadilly), 10 min walk from Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly and Victoria) and a 15 min walk from Highbury and Islington Station (Victoria, Mildmay and Windrush lines). We have a Tesco express 5 mins away, a large Waitrose 15 mins away and lots of pubs/cafes/restaurants within a 10 min walk. We are also very close to Highbury fields, Clissold Park and Finsbury Park.

Our flats is 2 bedroom x 2 bathrooms, we have the larger room and use the separate bathroom. Our new housemate will have the smaller room with the ensuite. The entire flat is furnished, our previous housemate has a bed and bedside table (pictured) available for purchase, the draws and cupboard are built in.

As you can see from the photos we have a nice kitchen, living and dining area with a large private roof terrace overlooking Emirates stadium!
