Hi there! 👋 I'm on the hunt for someone lovely to be my flatmate in a cosy new-build flat, right in the heart of Highbury & Islington.

The flat
It's a modern 2-bed, 2-bath tucked away on a quiet street, just 5 minutes from Highbury Fields. So you get the best of both worlds: a peaceful road to come home to, with all the buzz of Upper Street and its cafes, restaurants, shops and bars just a short stroll away. It's brilliantly connected too, with loads of transport options (victoria line, picadilly line, overgrounds, train). The building also has a gym and parking. The kitchen comes with dishwasher, laundry washer, microwave.

Your room
Your room is a comfy double that's fully furnished with a full-sized wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. Best of all, you'll have the big main bathroom completely to yourself. 🛁

About me (your future flatmate)
I'm 31 and work in tech as a researcher. I've been in London for 6 years, was in the US and Hong Kong before. I lived in the area for a couple of years now and really love it, Outside of work you'll usually find me at reformer pilates or beach tennis, cafe-hopping for a good brunch, catching some jazz in a bar, in a concert, or out for a picnic the moment the sun comes out. At home I'm on my laptop most of the time. I have a Delonghi espresso machine with milk steamer - more than happy to share if you enjoy coffee.

At home I'm tidy, considerate and independent. Always up for a chat in the kitchen, but equally happy to give people their space. Cleanliness and good communication really matter to me, so I'd love to find someone easygoing and respectful who keeps shared spaces nice, stays in touch, and is looking for a calm, comfortable home. Hosting occasional dinner with friends is welcome but not a party flat.

Rent is £1,146 pm, with bills coming to roughly £200 pm. Available from 24 Sept 2026.
