One of our flatmates has moved out and we have a large, sunny room available in a beautiful 3 story house in Highbury/Islington.
The house is available to move in from this weekend so ideally you can move in some time this month but we can be flexible for the right person. We’re looking to meet people 8-10th September between 6-9pm.

The house ticks all the boxes!! It’s set over three spacious levels, there’s plenty of room to spread out.

Your flatmates:
You’ll be living with four other young professionals. A couple, Oli 🇬🇧 (29) and Coco 🇫🇷 (26), an actuary and digital marketer, they love to cook and go to gigs, enjoy the pub and a movie. Dan 🇬🇧 (29) is in tech sales and loves to travel and can never say no to a pint. And I’m Sonya 🇳🇿 (34), a product marketer who loves socialising, being active, a beer garden and exploring London!

We’re looking for someone who is clean and tidy, enjoys living in a social house rather than just renting a room, is up for the occasional movie night or trip to the pub and is respectful of everyone’s space and home.

You would need to move in on 1 September.
Viewings are 3-7 August 5-9pm but can potentially do a lunch time if needed.

Bills are approx 180 a month including council tax, internet, energy, a cleaner every 3 weeks and water. Other things like paper towels and cleaning products we take turns to buy.
