Great transport links (1 min walk to bus stop, 6 min walk to Canonbury station) and all the cafes and grocers you could need nearby (Tesco Express up the road or big Sainsbury’s in Dalston). Newington Green itself is great for pubs, brunch spots and independent shops plus the occasional Paul Mescal/Alexa Chung sightings. Clissold Park is also great in the summer.

Room will be available from start of Sept.

Room 2 - Rent: £995 pcm | Deposit: £460

The house has a shared kitchen (with plenty of equipment) and a large bathroom (bath and shower). We’re all very clean and respectful of each other’s space, but will catch up after work when cooking. The option to be social is always there if you fancy it, but no pressure!

We’re ideally looking for a working professional. No couples or pets.
