I am moving further east so someone v lucky will be able to snatch up my room in Highbury! The flat is a quick 5 min walk from Highbury and Islington station so location really couldn’t get any better (Overground - Mildmay and Windrush lines, Underground - Victoria Line and National Rail links) Highbury Fields is also a 5 min stroll away!

The room has a bed (with under bed storage!), bedside drawers, a fab chest of drawers and a wardrobe all included.
It is a 4 bed flat with 1.5 baths and an INCRED outdoor area (perfect for a summer drinky outside!)
The flat is fully equipped so all you’d need to bring is your suitcase and bedding!

You’ll be living with 3 other gals aged 28-30 all from Australia (1x in Sports Presentation and 2x Physios). We have all become close friends so really looking for a gal aged in late 20s-early 30s that’s tidy and fits the vibe of being being down for a wine night but will also have their own things on the go! No students sorry!

Price: £915pm (plus bills which come to about £110 - £120 per month including our gem of a cleaner, Nia who visits once a fortnight!)
