Bright room in Canonbury duplex!!

Viewings: This Saturday (5th September) and from the 15th-20th of September.

Current tenants: Two girls (last slide), 26 and 27, working in the Civil Service and an Auction House. Both from London, enjoy cooking, TV of varying quality (ex-flatmate is taking the Hayu login with him), going out and staying in.

We’re looking for: A girl around the same age, probably working a 9-5 (but preferably not fully remotely). Open to flat activities when we’re all around, and your partner’s welcome to stay over - but ideally not for more than a few nights per week, as there’s only one bathroom!

We offer: A lovely duplex flat shared between 3. It’s got a balcony, a big kitchen, and a nice bathroom, and it gets a good deal of natural light. We do a manageable amount of Splitwise admin and tend to share spices/condiments/streaming service logins as needed.

The room: Comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, and the kitchen table is available for WFH. It gets sun in the morning, and the mattress is very new.

Other stuff: A new wine bar is opening across from the flat, and there are two corner shops and a coffee stand nearby. More wine bars and more cafés around the corner on Newington Green, too. If you like going to the gym, Highbury Fields Leisure Centre is a 12-minute walk away. If you like going to the pub, the nearest is a 1-minute walk away.

Transport: The flat is 10 minutes from High & I and 20 minutes from Dalston. The overground is very close by.
