I’m looking for a new flatmate in my 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. The room is a good-sized double room and comes furnished

Location: Highbury, Arsenal station 3-4 min walk and Highbury and Islington station - approx. 15 minute walk.

Rent: £1,300 per month
Bills: Approximately £190 per month
Room: Double, Furnished
Bathrooms: 2
Washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard in the bedrooms.
4th floor with a lift and balcony

About me, I’m Luke, 28 and an Accountant who has been in London for about 2 years now, originally from Australia. I’m often office based 5 days a week. I’m pretty easy going and am often out and about. I like a pint at the pub but also like a chill night in. I also love to go to the gym and travel as much as I can! I would love a tidy, respectful, trustworthy and light-hearted person to join me in this beauty of a flat. I’m big on hygiene and making the place feel like a home. It would be great to find someone who I can also become friends with and spend some time with where we can!

A few things to note:

- 25-33 Age Range
- No couples (landlord rules sorry!)
- No pets
- Clean and tidy is a must
- Ideally suited to someone working full-time / hybrid
