It has a low double bed, a desk and a built-in wardrobe.
Kitchenette and bathroom are upstairs and are shared with the occupant of one other room – a lovely actress in her 30s. The landlady lives in a separate flat in the same building.
There are some work rooms in between the bedroom and the kitchenette and bathroom. It is not a shared flat in the usual way and there is no use of a shared living room. But there is use of a gorgeous, sunny balcony.
Gas and electricity are included. Free wi-fi.
Non-smokers only. Women preferred. Must like cats!
Minimum nine month let – longer let preferred.

The location is in zone 2 close to the tube (Highbury&Islington, 7mins walk), overground (Canonbury, 3mins walk) and numerous buses (236, 393, 263, 4, 19, 30, 43, 271, 73, 476, 341, 141, 21).
The house is in between Upper Street and Stoke Newington Church Street, which are both filled with wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants!! it is also near to Highbury Fields.
