2 month sublet in Islington

Large room with ensuite available from 4 December to 25th January while my partner and I go back home to New Zealand. Rate is for a couple, happy to negotiate singles rate.

- Rent: £1455 per month
- The above is how much we pay, the room is available from 4 December to 25 January- rent price would be adjusted for the number of days in the flat.
- Flat details: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a flat complex, there is a concierge who helps with packages and security, a basement where we have a carpark available and bike storage (own locks required - free to use our bikes), and access to the shared rooftop terrace. There is also a communal garden/green space in the middle of the complex. We have a good sized lounge with couch, tv, dining table (and lots of room for people to stay with a king sized airbed), small sized kitchen which still accommodates for both us and Jess to cook at the same time though a bit tight.
- Location: We are 7mins walk to Arsenal station (Piccadilly line), 6mins to Drayton Park (Great Northern Line), 16mins to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line, Overground), and 18mins to Finsbury park with a range of national rail services. Walking distance to Highbury Fields, Clissold Park, West Reservoir and lots of other nice spots.
- Room: We have a large airy and light bedroom with an ensuite (toilet, sink and shower). There is a large double wardrobe with plenty of storage, large desk with wfh set up, shelf, bedside tables and wall heater.
- Existing flatmate: We know our lovely flatmate Jess from NZ and have had the best time living with her. She is a 28yo accountant, friendly and a very accomodating and kind person. We often have movie and dessert nights, do trips on the weekend together, or potluck dinners with friends who live nearby. She likes having a cosy home space with good vibes, is often starting a new knitting project, baking cookies, or at the gym/out for a run. We have friends who live in the area and often do pub nights, games and potluck dinners.
