Big Double Room In Cute Flat in Highgate

Looking for a male flatmate to share our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Highgate from 15th December!

Cat lovers only! We have a fluffy resident feline who's both sweet and mischievous. Therefore, the window nets must always stay closed for their safety. If you're allergic to cats or a light sleeper, this might not be the perfect fit. A friend normally stays in my room to look after the cat when I go to visit family in Brazil.

About the room:

- Big room with double bed and furniture in place.

- All rooms can be locked from inside/outside.

About the flat:

- We're two Brazilian girls in our 30s, a chef and a pediatrics occupational therapist. One of us has called this place home for the past 8 years, and we have a fantastic landlord who's always happy to help.

- Located in Highgate, surrounded by beautiful green spaces - Waterlow Park, Highgate Woods, and Hampstead Heath are all on your doorstep!

- Crouch End and Muswell Hill with their cool pubs and cafes are also close by.

- Easy access to Camden and Holloway by bus.

- Bills are roughly £100 per month depending on the season (including a weekly cleaner for common areas).

About you:

- We'd love a respectful, clean/tidy, and responsible flatmate who is considerate of different work schedules (noise levels).

- A male flatmate would help maintain a good balance in the house.

- Smokers are considered as long as smoking is strictly outdoors (downstairs).
