Looking for a spacious double room in one of North London's loveliest green neighbourhoods?

We're looking for a friendly, mature and considerate male flatmate to join our relaxed, long-term home in Highgate!

🏡 About us and the flat

We're two Brazilian women in our 30s — a business management student and a paediatric occupational therapist.

One of us has lived here for 10 years, and we love calling this place home! It's a calm, friendly and respectful household where everyone has their own routines and independence, but we're always happy to have a chat or spend some time together.

We've had great experiences living with male flatmates in the past, so we're hoping to find another good fit!

Our landlord is lovely, responsive and easy to communicate with.

🌳 The neighbourhood

Highgate is one of North London's greenest and most charming areas, offering a lovely balance between nature and city life.

- Waterlow Park, Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath are all nearby — perfect for walks, running or just enjoying some greenery.
- Crouch End and Muswell Hill are close by, with plenty of independent cafés, restaurants and pubs.
- Good bus connections to Camden, Holloway and surrounding areas.

It's a great location if you enjoy a quieter neighbourhood while still having plenty to do nearby.

- Spacious, fully furnished double bedroom
- Double bed and storage included
- Lockable bedroom door (from both inside and outside)
- Available from late November / early December, with flexibility on the move-in date

🐈 Meet our resident cat!

We share our home with a much-loved cat, so we're looking for someone who genuinely likes cats and is comfortable having one around.

Her safety is very important to us, particularly keeping the window safety nets in place.

💷 Rent and bills

- Rent: £780 per month
- Bills: Approximately £70 per month, depending on the season
- Weekly cleaner included for communal areas
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Non-smokers preferred (smoking is fine, but only outside downstairs)

- Mature, friendly and reliable
- Clean and considerate in shared spaces
- Respectful of others' routines and personal space

We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and value having a home where everyone feels comfortable, respected and at ease.
