3 MONTH SHORT TERM RENTAL ONLY!

We have a large, beautiful, bright and spacious double room available to rent in the heart of Highgate Village.

Available 1st June- 31st August 2026

The room is lovely and light filled. It has a huge window with beautiful views, a comfy double bed, wardrobe, and writing desk.

You’ll share the house with my 2 wonderful housemates - bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor terrace are shared.

The location: we’re in the heart of Highgate Village. 2 mins away from supermarkets and bus stop, and a 10 min walk to Highgate and Archway Tube stations for quick and easy access around London on the northern line. We’re also a 10 min walk from Hampstead Heath, which is especially gorgeous in the summer!

The price for the room includes all bills and amenities. It is available for either 2 or 3 months, from the start of June/July until the end of August. I have some flexibility with my dates, so don't hestitate to get in touch if your dates are a little different.

We’re looking for someone who is considerate, tidy, who lives a quiet/chill lifestyle.

The house is a Victorian house with lovely wooden floors and high ceilings and is made up of 3 bedrooms, large bright lounge, big kitchen and 2 bathrooms/ 2 toilets.

As well as a large sunny rooftop terrace, there is a beautiful green garden outside which is always being used (when the suns out) for BBQ's and gatherings of friends. We are master BBQ-ers!!

Highgate Village is a beautiful little place with tonnes of green spaces. We are a 30 second walk from Waterlow Park and about 5 minutes from Hampstead Heath. Perfect for walking dogs!

There are many great pubs and restaurants in the area.

Transport links are great, with Archway and Highgate tube stations about 8 minutes each away. There are several decent bus links too with 2 24hr bus routes too, so you can always get home.

Bills are included - council tax, water, gas, electric, Broadband etc.

Deposit would be one months’ rent in advance.
