Conveniently located 8-10 minutes from Highgate and Archway stations (zones 2 and 3). Close to a variety of parks: Parkland Walk (3 minutes away), Queen's Wood and Highgate Woods, Waterloo Park. Hampstead Heath- 25-minute walk. Close to many restaurants and amenities on Archway Road, in Highgate Village, and in Crouch End (15-minute walk).

A bicycle can be stored in the front garden.

The room has a large wardrobe and a large bed with a luxurious foam mattress. It has a desk with a chair.

The property has a brand-new washer-dryer, a high-quality oven, and NO microwave oven. I try to use as little plastic as possible when possible.

The flat comes with two non-shedding and very well-behaved cats. They are very active and not aggressive. One will be curious about you when in a shared area, and the other is shyer but very cute. Both the cats and I like our property to be clean, and you are asked to clean up after yourself in shared areas and keep the room in a decent state of cleanliness.
No toiletries or bedding are provided.

I'm a busy professional (doctor), working from home, and the room will be suitable for a person with an active lifestyle who works in the office/outside the house or is a student attending lectures.
