Hampstead Heath- 25-minute walk. Close to many restaurants and amenities on Archway Road, in Highgate Village, and in Crouch End (5-15 minutes walk).

A bicycle can be stored in the front garden.

Bills are £200per month, and not included in the price of the room.

The room has a large wardrobe and a large bed with a luxurious foam mattress. It has a desk with a chair.

The property has a brand-new washer-dryer, a high-quality oven, and NO microwave oven. I try to use little plastic, when possible.

The flat comes with two non-shedding and very well-behaved cats. They are very active, not aggressive. One will be curious about you when in a shared area, the other is shyer but very cute. Both me and the cats like their property clean, and you are asked to clean after yourself in shared areas and keep the room in a decent cleaning order.
No toiletries or bedding is provided.

I'm a busy professional (doctor), partially working from home and the room will be suitable for a person with an active lifestyle who works in the office/outside the house or is a student attending lectures.
