Cozy room available in our newly refurbished and modern 2-bed apartment, 5 min walking to Highgate station and Highgate High Street, close to plenty of parks, small cafes, pubs, and shops.

About the flat: Our apartment has a huge shared living room with a balcony overlooking the communal garden with a separate dining area. There are two bathrooms, both newly renovated and one equipped with a shower/bathtub.
There is plenty of storage space in the house and an industrial dryer/washing machine in the communal basement that can be used in addition to the one in the house.

About your new room: Your new room is very bright with a full-length window and a huge built-in wardrobe. The picture shows a single bed, I have however replaced this with a queen-size bed and a brand-new quality mattress. You can choose which option you prefer.

I am sad to leave this gem behind, but since I am moving out of the country, I am looking to find a replacement for my room at the start of the new year or alternatively earlier.

The rent price includes all bills such as gas, electricity, council tax, broad band, and water.
