Room to shared

One nice big room for rent. Inside the small freezer, the small microwave can be kept. Kitchen sheare but no freeze share. Only the cooker, microwave, and sink can be shared. Two toilets share. One bathroom shared. There is WiFi, but inside the room, there is a signaling issue. Rent is paid every 1st of the month. No party. No loud music and no heavy drinking. Smoking is only allowed outside. Giving one month's notice when leaving. Sort time rent allowed. Living with a Muslim family, but welcome any religious beliefs or non-beliefs.

Any Couples welcome, but rent will be increasing with discussion. This price is only for one person.

1. Passport copy with legal visa (If couples, then for both)
2. One work reference (If couples, then for both)

3. A copy of proof of address (If couples, then for both)

Any day can be viewed from 6 pm to 9 pm.

There are house mate still occupying and will leave on 28 May.
