It is complete with murano chandeliers, limewash walls, contemporary Italian furniture and a brand new marble kitchen with Neff appliances. I have spared no cost in the finishes of the interior. I have a large first floor, south facing private terrace complete with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table. (I have recently even added a paddling pool!) There is also a large shared garden which services the building.

I have an open plan kitchen/diner with a dining table and chairs and a sofa for relaxing. The green daybed is great for lounging in the day as the sun streams in. I have a wardrobe in the lounge for extra storage.

The bedroom has a king size bed with 4 double height wardrobes. There’s also a chair in the bedroom for reading a book before bed. If you’re looking for a studio flat, I am happy to lock off my bedroom and turn the green daybed into a bed!

The bathroom is brand new with Duravit appliances, heated radiator and Zellige tiles!
I have put my heart into creating a beautiful space and would like someone to share in this wonderful space for a few months. It is walking distance from Hampstead heath, Highgate wood, Queens wood and the Parkland walk - lots of green space beyond the view from the windows.
