Looking for two flatmates to join me
In this lovely flat share.
I’m Elle, and have been living in this flat for 8 years, it’s a beautiful flat with private landlords (no agency’s YEY!) close to Crouch End and Highgate.
I’m a hairdresser working in education and session work - yes free haircuts are a plus. Looking for flatmates that don’t work from home full time, keep the space clean and respect all the usual flat share things.

The Rooms -
Double room -
A bright and comfy double room (comes unfurnished) ready for you to make it your own. You would be sharing a bathroom with me

En-suite-
Double room with walk in shower, comes unfurnished but my current flatmate is selling her bed and mattress together if that’s needed

The Flat:
-Calm, character-filled space with all the essentials: washing machine, dishwasher (lush!)
-Just a few minutes from Parkland Walk and Crouch End High Street – perfect for morning coffees, walks, and weekend browsing through local shops and cafés. Is there a better high street out there?!

You:
Looking for someone to have this as their home, more long term than short, in their late 20s-mid 30s who is clean, thoughtful, and values a calm, welcoming home. Ideally someone who’s friendly and happy to share a chat or drink now and then, but who’s also respectful of personal space and rhythm! Everyone is busy, but want to keep the flat feeling open! Basically, someone kind who wants to live with other kind people.
