Looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to join us in our lovely home on Archway Road, Highgate!

We're just a 5-minute walk from Highgate Station (Northern Line), with excellent bus links right outside the front door, making it easy to get into central London and beyond.

The house is spacious and has plenty of shared areas, including:

A large, fully equipped kitchen
A comfortable living room
A beautiful, spacious garden that's perfect for relaxing, BBQs, or working outside in the summer
Lots of storage throughout the house

We have two room options available, so you can choose whichever suits you best.

Room 1 – £915pcm

A generous double bedroom with plenty of storage, including two wardrobes and space for a desk. It also has its own private ensuite bathroom. The room occupies the top floor on its own, giving you extra privacy and making it an ideal space if you work from home.

Room 2 – £820pcm

A cosy double bedroom with a wardrobe, plus a separate storage room with its own sink, perfect for extra storage or getting ready in the morning. The large bathroom, with both a bath and shower, is shared with just one other person.

This is the room I'm currently living in, and I absolutely love it. It's really cosy, stays lovely and cool during the summer, and has direct access to the garden, which is a huge bonus.

Who would you be living with?

You'll be sharing with two friendly and considerate housemates. I'm a 26-year-old secondary school languages teacher, and my housemate is a 32-year-old PhD student at UCL.

We're both out for most of the day during the week, so the house is usually nice and quiet. We'd love to find someone who's clean, respectful, and easy to live with, whether you work away from home or work remotely and enjoy having a peaceful space during the day.
