Double room in Highgate garden flat

Our current flatmate is sadly moving out so we’re looking for another girl to take her room in our 3 bed garden flat.

The flat / location:
Has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate kitchen and sitting room, and a garden.

There are quite a few stairs so wouldn’t be suitable for someone with limited mobility.

We’re 10-15 minutes from both Highgate and Archway stations, and a similar distance from Highgate village and Crouch End.

The room:
Has a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase, and desk. It’s external light source is a doorway that leads into our back garden.

Almost all bills are included in the rent, bar water which we pay twice a year, and garden waste disposal which we pay once a year.

About us:
Rebecca works in public policy, loves theatre and dance, and when not working is usually doing am dram or looking after a friend’s dog.

Katya works in PR for media production and tech companies. Loves films, cooking, travelling, trying new restaurants/bakeries and always up for a good stroll!

What we’re looking for:
Someone around our age who’s friendly and clean. We each have our own lives but like to spend time together around the flat too.
