- 13 min walk to Archway and Highgate (Northern line), 15 min to Finsbury Park.

Important: I do not live in the flat yet - I have viewed it, and I'm in direct comms with the landlord. To pass referencing checks, I'll need to find a housemate - so am advertising for a housemate to live with me in this beautiful house.

Home for me is calm, creative, filled with art and clean clean clean! Clutter-free surfaces, sharing household items, eco-conscious, respectful. Not a party house, but I love cooking and hosting small groups of my beloved friends. I would love to live with someone similar, so we’re aligned on the kind of home we’re creating.

Your room is the corner room with five original sash windows onto trees. The wider area is gorgeous - many giant trees, walks, parks, and a beautiful high street.

I’ve viewed it, put an offer in and I’m dealing direct with the landlord, but due to strict affordability/referencing processes I need to find a housemate upfront. Can share video too. Free for coffees tomorrow and on the weekend! X
