We have one room going in our four-bed flatshare. (£500 p/m + bills). There are three tenants staying on and we are seeking one new tenant moving in from 1 December 2024.

The landlord will preferably accept full time working professionals.

We will be signing a joint and several tenancy for 9 -12 months with a 6 month break point.

The room is decently sized, furnished and has a double bed.

There is one shared bathroom, a large living room, a kitchen.

The flat is located in between Highgate station (10 mins) and Archway station (10-15 mins walk). It is on the main road with excellent bus links. You can get a parking permit for the streets nearby if needed.

There are lots of amenities nearby. There are great restaurants (like Kampai), grocery shops (Sainsbury's 5 mins walk, Co-op 2 mins), green spaces (2 min from the Parkland walk, 10 mins from Waterlow Park and 25 mins from Hampstead Heath), and lots of well-known pubs in the area (Brendan the Navigator, The Wrestlers, The Woodman and Boogaloo are all within 10 mins walk).

As flatmates, we mainly do our own thing. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, willing to help with housework and is punctual with payments.

Bills are currently sitting at £110 but they could increase with energy prices etc.
