Cozy studio flat for short term sublet

I am subletting my cozy studio flat in Highgate for 4 weeks end of November to end of December while I will be away in Brazil.
It came fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and all basic kitchen appliances. The flat had been renoveted and it has a loft bed with a small cozy living room and working desk underneath. Also there is a dining table close to the kitchen.
Nice and spacious bathroom with shower.
There isn’t a washing machine but the laundry shop is just a couple of buildings up to the road.
Quiet building and excellent neighbourhood with lots of walking options such as Highgate Woods, Parkland Walk just across the road.
Muswell Hill and Crouch End 20 minutes away by walking with shops, restaurants, cinema and more.

I am looking for someone to moving in ASAP and preferably to stay for the whole short period.
