There is double bedroom available in this beautiful and spacious house. The house has a first floor bathroom and a WC in the ground floor, a kitchen with a dining area and a conservatory. There is a large garden as well. The house is classified as Council Tax Band D.

There is an open plan kitchen with two fridges and an integrated washing machine. The house is energy efficient: there is double glazing throughout the whole property and LED lights. There is central heating and double glazing in all bedrooms. You need to see this place to fully appreciate how nice it was done. It is modern, spacious and with plenty of light.

The bedroom is furnished but no problem if you have your own furniture (I'm flexible).

Unfortunately, the bedroom is not suitable for couples.

Everyone in the house gets on with one another and keeping this great atmosphere is something that we really want to do. We are looking for someone that is friendly, considerate and respectful.
